Shipping Questions

- Where do you ship?   We ship everywhere within Canada and the United States!

- How long does processing/ shipping take?   Since each item is custom made and depending on order volume it may take 1-3 weeks to process and ship

- Do you accept returns?   Because of the nature of these custom items, We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. In the unlikelihood of your product being damaged please contact us. 

Product Questions 

- How do the sweaters fit?  The sweaters are unisex and fit true to size. We only recommend sizing up if you want an oversized look. There is a size chart on each product under the “add to cart”.

- Do we see a pet portrait proof before you make the product?  ONLY if you request a proof in the notes section upon checkout.

- How many photos do you recommend sending each pet?   We recommend sending 3 different photo options. Close up, face forward and even lightning photos work best!

- How many pets can I add to a product?    Sweaters can fit up to 4 pets. Additional charges apply per pet. 

- Do you have to have the name of your pet underneath the pet portrait?   You don’t have to have the name of your pet under the image. You can have no name, or personalize it to something else like “fur mama” etc.  Just be sure to write it in the notes section upon checkout. 

- Do you do other pets, or just dogs?   All pets are welcome!

Care and Materials 

- How do I care for my items?   For sweaters, wash  inside out with cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on the designs!

- What material are the sweaters made of?   Sweaters are 50% cotton and 50% polyester blend.
